Customers want to be relieved and a circular economy is becoming increasingly popular. And you can capitalise on that! With a Product-as-a-Service model, you turn products into services. You remain the owner and you 'lend' the product to the customer in the form of a service. The customer pays for the use and the performance of the product. Take, for example, rental bikes and shared cars: it is impossible to imagine the world without them. After the Product-as-a-Service (PaaS) training of Zuyd Professional, you will be able to work with a Product-as-a-Service model within your organisation.
