Grants

We have numerous grant programs available:

• from our support program LimburgToekomstbestendig we have funding instruments aimed at testing the feasibility of an innovative product or developing a prototype of an innovation
• from our support program LimburgToerisme, aimed at testing the feasibility of an innovative product or service or for the development of an innovative product or service
• We have access to a number of European subsidy instruments, such as Interreg or Hyperregion, which can help you to strengthen your competitiveness.

Loans

LIOF has convertible loans for the upgrading of a feasible idea into a fully-fledged business concept including a business plan or for the growth of a company. This is done through the LVFF part of the Limburg Startup Capital Fund (LSCF).

Share capital

Do you have a company, but not enough equity to expand, take over or invest in new developments? In such a case LIOF can be the ideal partner for a minority stake in the company. We then participate in the share capital, whether or not in combination with a subordinated loan. This is done through the Participation Fund.
We also have a special start-up fund: the SFL part of the Limburg Startup Capital Fund (LSCF): LSCF covers the development of your innovation from idea to market with two financial instruments.

We also provide equity capital to enable a knowledge-intensive startup to raise additional (growth) capital or break even.
