For this inspiring tour, LIOF, Rabobank, Visit Zuid-Limburg and LLTB are joining forces, in collaboration with Regionaal Voedselsysteem Limburg, to organize an inspirational day for hospitality entrepreneurs in Limburg. During this tour we will visit local producers and discuss the future of regional products in the Limburg hospitality industry. This time in South Limburg!
This inspiration tour will provide a platform to discuss developments such as food innovation and the rise of agritourism, as well as transitions such as the protein transition and the revaluation of food waste and residual streams. During this exclusive inspirational tour, we will visit local producers by coach with fellow hospitality and agritourism entrepreneurs. What do catering entrepreneurs find important when using local products and to what extent can local producers deliver according to these wishes? How can we all do our part to serve a more sustainable meal to consumers? What will it take to do that?
