As a LIOF employee you are a connector. Our motives

What do we stand for?

LIOF supports innovative entrepreneurs with advice, network and financing. We are there for every startup, scale-up and SME with an innovative idea, a business plan or a financing question and for (foreign) entrepreneurs who want to establish themselves in Limburg. We also help with cross-border cooperation and international business.

Together with entrepreneurs and partners we are working towards a smarter, more sustainable and healthier Limburg by focusing on the transitions energy, circularity, health and digitization. And LIOF employees play a crucial role in this.

In our way of working, we are always guided by our core values:

These core values are leading in our work, both internally and externally.

We strive for a diverse, inclusive group of employees. A diverse team, in which everyone makes an important contribution from his or her own reference, has a strengthening effect, leads to higher involvement and better results. A culture where diversity is a great thing and everyone feels seen is our goal.
