LIOF will be present in various ways during the exhibition days:

Stand
At the stand of Koninklijk Horeca Nederland (KHN), LIOF will be there to inform visitors about the LimburgTourism program in which financial support is available for innovative entrepreneurs.

Lecture
On Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon at 14.30 hours LIOF will give a lecture on the main stage about how to put your business plan on the back of a beer mat.

Limburg Culinary Gala
On Monday evening, October 10, BBB Maastricht organizes in cooperation with Chapeau Magazine and Vermaat Group for the fourth time the Limburg Culinary Gala. A special gastronomic evening full of entertainment. LIOF will be there. Will you be there too?

HIT
This year LIOF is sponsoring the Horeca Inspiration Trophy (HIT). An award for hospitality businesses that excel in current challenges and innovations.

The Horeca Inspiration Trophy (HIT) is awarded annually to hospitality businesses from Dutch and Belgian Limburg. These hospitality businesses perform particularly well within a specific topical theme. For this year, that theme is the challenge that virtually every hospitality entrepreneur faces: keeping his employees indoors. The best hospitality business will receive a check worth €5,000. In addition, the entrepreneur can count on national media attention.

With the hospitality inspiration trophy, hospitality businesses are encouraged to deal creatively and innovatively with current challenges. In addition, other hospitality entrepreneurs can be inspired by the ideas of the participating hospitality businesses.

The first hospitality inspiration trophy will be awarded on Monday, October 10, 2022. This will take place during the now traditional Limburg culinary gala. The professional jury, consisting of Hans van Wolde, Albert Verlinde, Dirk Beljaarts, Dimitry Aertssen, Richard van der snoek, Joyce den Harder, Bob America, Charles van Goch, Marjon Prummel, Jasmijn Mulkens, Jo Cortenraedt, Anabel Rodrigo Rama and Dennis Schuurman, will determine the winner under the leadership of jury chairman Wim Dupont.

The HIT roundtable discussions will take place at BBB Horeca Summit is the beating heart of BBB Maastricht. In addition, the official opening and various master classes and award ceremonies will take place here.
