Are you an entrepreneur working on an innovative proposition that makes our food system more sustainable and are you at the start of an ambitious growth path? Then apply now for the fourth edition of the Fastlane program.!

What is Fastlane

Fastlane combines customized guidance, personal coaching and a network of world-class experts. Based on an intake, assessment and selection day, five to seven companies are selected to participate in the next edition. After each company has determined its own goals for the program, a plan is developed and implemented over six months in close collaboration with various experts. With the ultimate goal of getting your company ready for the next round of investment.

Program

The program consists of 4 phases:

• Milestone scan: Through a joint expert analysis, specific growth targets are identified that you want to achieve during Fastlane.
• Kick-off for drafting roadmap: The experts and the company draw up a tight roadmap to work towards the realization of the milestones.
• 1:1 personal coaching: Through intensive work sessions, the experts work 1:1 together on the identified milestones, such as attracting the right partners, defining a go-to-market strategy, or optimizing production and/or distribution.
• Funding: the goal of the program is to get your company ready to successfully raise growth funding. Together with the experts, you will work on specific components important to the fundraising process.
