Be sustainable and save money? LIOF helps you on your way!
What do you do when your company can get less gas? Or if your company's energy bill will only get higher? And how do you deal with your raw materials that are becoming scarcer, more expensive or unnecessarily harmful to the environment? On 28 September, LIOF is organising an event for entrepreneurs who want to reduce their energy and/or material consumption or make them more sustainable, but who perhaps do not yet know where to start.

The event starts in the morning at the Center Court on the Brightlands Chemelot Campus.
Start: 09:15 hrs.
Guided tour Chill: 11.:00 am
Lunch: 12:00 hrs.
Company visit Healix: 14:00 hrs.
Completion: 16:45 hrs.
Morning program
With this event, we give you insights that can lead to a solution for your sustainability issue. Inspiring stories from fellow entrepreneurs and experts will provide you with plenty of examples, ideas and tips. Also the different support possibilities LIOF can offer will be discussed and you can experience with your own eyes what Chemelot Innovation & Learning Labs (CHILL) can mean for you, during a tour through the CHILL facilities.
CHILL
CHILL does a lot of research commissioned by companies in the field of (biobased) materials and chemistry. Research that in many cases leads to less or other sustainable use of materials.
Lunch and afternoon program
The morning programme ends with a networking lunch that provides the basis for the afternoon programme: a company visit to Healix in Maastricht. A company that uses waste to create value. A good business case for the company and a nice step towards improving the world.
