In this Brightlands Startup League masterclass you will learn how to develop your value proposition in the market and how to validate in the incubation phase. The language of instruction is English.
Goal: Masterclass to train entrepreneurs to develop and validate the value proposition in the market in the incubation phase.
Time needed: 3-hour session, follow up after 2 weeks to ask for progress and interest in UM Challenge or campus or LIOF programs.

What can a participant expect:
Based on the business model the first customer focus will be used to define the value proposition in depth. The defined value proposition is based on assumptions of the startup team and needs to be validated in the market. How can you validate the assumptions? How can you get connected to value chain stakeholders to reach out to them and check your assumptions.
