In this second Brightlands Startup League masterclass, we will go in depth. We will work on your business model and zoom in on how your product is of value to your customer. The working language is English.
Goal: Masterclass to inspire and convince entrepreneurs and start-ups of the added value of the Brightlands start-up ecosystem and to give a first model how to start a new company.
Time needed: 2x 3-hour session

Participation: (Potential) Startup entrepreurs who want to bring aninnovation (in the field of Brightlands) to the market
What can a participant expect: In the first session the masterclass will give you the basic insights how you can start an innovative business. You get an introduction in thestartup phases, lean startup method and business model canvas, and an introduction in the ecosysteem. You also learn how the value chain look like, how you can segment your customers and how you are going to create value. In the second session you will use this to define your business model and the value you are delivering to your customer.
