Masterclass: How to build your startup 1
In this first Brightlands Startup League masterclass, we will give you some basic insights you need to develop an innovation. What does the industry you want to build your business in look like? How do you create value with your product? And which target group exactly are you going to focus on? The working language is English.
Goal: Masterclass to inspire and convince entrepreneurs and start-ups of the added value of the Brightlands start-up ecosystem and to give a first model how to start a new company.
Time needed: 2x 3-hour session

What can a participant expect: In the first session the masterclass will give you the basic insights how you can start an innovative business. You get an introduction in thestartup phases, lean startup method and business model canvas, and an introduction in the ecosysteem. You also learn how the value chain look like, how you can segment your customers and how you are going to create value. In the second session you will use this to define your business model and the value you are delivering to your customer.
