Why Hannover Messe?

Each year, the fair attracts more than 200,000 visitors from 70 different countries. The motto in 2023 is "Make the Difference" with themes such as smart industry, digitalization and energy transition. More information can be foundhere.

In addition to being a trading partner, the Netherlands also wants to be Germany's technology and innovation partner. Dutch business is prominently represented at the Holland High Tech House under the overarching theme "Integrating Industries for a Smart and Sustainable Future".

Al jaren staat er een Nederlands Paviljoen op de Messe. Dit paviljoen straalt uit dat Nederland hét partnerland is met oplossingen voor wereldwijde uitdagingen. Het Nederland Paviljoen bevindt zich in hal 8 op een doorstroomlocatie naar hal 9, waardoor er veel bezoekers langs het paviljoen lopen.

The Brabantse Ontwikkelings Maatschappij (BOM), LIOF, Oost NL, Horizon Flevoland en InnovationQuarter, as Trade and Innovate NL partners, are organizing a stand at the Dutch Pavilion in Hall 8 for companies, which offer solutions in the field of smart industry, energy or key technologies, as well as those who want to achieve more structural turnover in foreign markets and therefore want to present themselves to an international audience.

As an exhibitor, you get:

1. Availability of 2m2 exhibition floor including a presentation cube;
2. Opportunity to present your product or service/service (screen or product presentation);
3. Relief of stand space at the pavilion. The organization ensures a uniform appearance within the concept of the Netherlands Pavilion. A total of 10 companies can take advantage of this special opportunity;
4. Access to collective facilities: catering, seating for consultation with business associates, communication displays;
5. Access to network meetings, including reception of Dutch and foreign ministers, a Europatag and networking drinks with foreign business delegations.
6. Opportunity to participate in matchmaking discussions organized by the Enterprise Europe Network.
7. The opportunity to invite customers and prospects to visit your stand.

In short, you get plenty of opportunities to present your company at an international fair, where you not only gain new foreign contacts, but also greatly strengthen your Dutch network.

The organization offers an extra program before and during the fair. Think of participation in the Export Accelerator Program, an exclusive trade show tour, networking opportunities through Enterprise Europe Network and the networks of the organizers mentioned earlier. In addition, we take many organizational matters off your hands, saving you time and allowing you to concentrate on making (new) business contacts!

Cost

The cost is € 3,000, - ex VAT per company. By applying for a SIB Voucher Individual Fair Participation you will receive 50% of the costs incurred up to a maximum of € 1250. Other costs such as stand decoration, program before and during the fair are for the account of the organizers.

Transportation costs for demo or product, your own travel, accommodation and out-of-pocket expenses and any other costs are for your own account.

We expect you to be present in your stand throughout the fair, to have a fair presentation/pitch (screen, demo, product) and above all to be enthusiastic!

By being at the Netherlands Pavilion, you have the advantage of a Dutch appearance and stand out;

• There is plenty of support and various networking opportunities are organized;
• This set-up means that you need to purchase fewer square meters than if you were to book stand space directly at the Netherlands Pavilion, which makes a considerable difference in costs;
• You also have less organizational hassle regarding the booth and what comes with it;
• By using a SIB Voucher, you will receive a 50% refund from RvO, which means you will have a spot at the world's leading technology fair for about € 300. The chance to present yourself and cash in on the opportunities.
